PART-TIME BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANT

We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and hard-working professional to assist our bookkeeper with daily accounting tasks ranging from posting payments for Accounts Receivable, following up with customers regarding payments, managing credit card processing, filing documents, and other daily bookkeeping tasks.  This position has the potential to grow into Full-Time over time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist our bookkeeper with daily accounting tasks ranging from posting payments for Accounts Receivable, following up with customers regarding payments, managing credit card processing, filing documents, and other daily bookkeeping tasks,

DUTIES:

• Attention to detail is key
• Posting invoices from previous day deliveries
• Posting payments from customers
• Communicating with customers regarding payments
• Filing documents daily

HOURS:

Hours for this role will be approximately 8am to Noon, Monday through Friday.  These have the flexibility to grow over time.

COMPENSATION:

Pay for this job is based on experience, and is negotiable. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Some experience is preferred, preferably in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Prompt, daily attendance, combined with strong worth ethic.
• Strong detail focus is key.
