    Key Responsibilities:

    Understand and Serve Members' Needs: Build meaningful relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and concerns, then provide personalized financial strategies to help them plan for retirement, education, protection, and legacy planning.

    Deliver Tailored Financial Solutions: Offer guidance on life insurance, annuities, investment products, and other financial tools that align with each member’s unique circumstances and life stage.

    Maintain Ethical and Professional Standards: Uphold the highest level of integrity, transparency, and compliance while educating clients and empowering them to make informed decisions.

    Exemplify Community Leadership: Represent Modern Woodmen through active involvement in local events, nonprofits, volunteer efforts, and civic organizations—helping strengthen your community while building trust and visibility.

    Grow a Professional Practice: Develop and manage a growing client base through referrals, networking, outreach efforts, and community engagement. Track progress using effective business planning and time management techniques.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of a Life Insurance License and/or SIE Certification (if not licensed having an openness to quickly obtain)

    Series 26 (or 24) License (preferred)

    Leadership skills and effective communication ability

    Strong background in business development, customer focused marketing or customer service, with the desire and ability to lead others

    Lucas – Regional Director Lucas began his career as a Financial Advisor, progressed to Managing Partner, and now serves as a Regional Director with 12 years of experience in the industry. He grew up in a Chicago suburb and attended college just south of Indianapolis. Lucas is passionate about real financial planning and education. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, watching Pacers games, and spending time on the golf course.

    Beau – Managing Partner Beau leads the Greenwood office as a Managing Partner, a role he’s held for four years. Before joining the financial world, he directed a youth soccer academy. Married with two children, Beau brings his passion for sports, family, and community service into every aspect of his life. When he's not working, you'll find him golfing, traveling, or volunteering locally.

    Kurtis – Financial Advisor With seven years of experience as a Financial Advisor in Wanatah, Indiana, Kurtis is known for building strong personal and financial relationships. Previously a Senior Advisor with MWA, he values time spent outdoors with his wife and cherishes moments shared with friends and family.

    Amanda – Financial Advisor Amanda transitioned from counseling to financial advising just one year ago and now serves clients as a Financial Advisor at MWA. Originally from Cincinnati and now based in Indianapolis, she merges her background in counseling with a passion for helping others plan financially. In addition to her professional work, Amanda plays professional soccer for Indy Eleven.
