Required/Desired Skills

Experience with manual software testing

Experience with ALM Octane or similar workflow and tracking tools

Experience with debt collection

Experience with FICO/Jonas C&R Software Debt Manager

Scope of Work / Duties

The contracted resource will be responsible for:

Managing test runs, jobs, and calendars

Reviewing software requirements and user stories; preparing test scenarios

Designing and developing manual test scripts

Executing system, integration, regression, and related test cycles

Detecting, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies

Producing support documentation for defects, test results, and testing activities

Preparing comprehensive testing reports for the design team

Engaging with clients and vendors to understand product requirements

Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements and potential risks

Delivering timely reviews, test designs, solutions, and documentation

Applying quality engineering principles throughout the Agile lifecycle

Performing other related duties as assigned
