Description:
Contractor: Performance Guarantee Analyst

Purpose:
The Performance Guarantee (PG) Analyst collaborates with other analysts on the PG Team to support the setup and reporting of client performance requirements. This position supports PG related activities for new and existing clients by participating in the development of PG reports and analytical dashboards that align with Prime’s strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the monthly close processes for all clients and lines of business; assist with penalty calculation validations for missed and forecasted performance guarantees; coordinate with data-stagers and red-light responders on missing or questionable data entries, and collaborate with responders to ensure responses are acceptable for client visibility
• Participate in the maintenance and documentation of PG processes and procedures; identify and help implement process improvements
• Support the intake of client PG changes (new contracts, renewals, terminations) into Prime’s Performance Quality Management (PQM) system that includes the setup of metrics and targets to measure PG success and validating setups completed by other team members
• Assist in identifying and validating new and renewing mid-market contracts and create PG setup reports as part of the PG intake process
• Other duties as assigned
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS Diploma or GED is required
• 2 years of work experience interpreting contractual or process requirements, data validation, data analysis and/or managing end-to-end projects related to quality metrics and/or performance
• Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Additional Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience giving presentations
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines
• Analytical skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management concepts, competencies and skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with metric definition
• Experience in meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building
