- Support the development of feasibility studies and cost/benefit analyses, helping client teams evaluate proposed changes and make informed decisions about their strategic options
- Inform client decision-making by tracking key performance indicators, designing scorecards or dashboards, and identifying the operational metrics that matter most for business success
- Extract and analyze financial and operational data from client sources, creating ad-hoc and recurring reports that illuminate trends, risks, and opportunities for action
- Collaborate across internal and client teams to ensure shared understanding of project goals and timelines, acting as a steady point of connection throughout the engagement
- Help test new tools or processes by preparing scenarios, sample data, or validation approaches, ensuring client readiness for change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, operations, or strategy
- Proven ability to assess complex business problems and structure solutions

- Fluent in Microsoft 365, with working knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Comfortable preparing deliverables in PowerPoint and presenting to client teams
- Understanding of financial metrics, operational KPIs, and data relationships
- Experience documenting requirements, processes, and procedures with clarity and rigor
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities in a client environment
