This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

• 84 months of experience conducting business analysis for multi-divisional systems or organizational initiatives.
• 84 months of experience documenting as-is/to-be business processes and workflows.
• 84 months of experience gathering and writing both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
• 84 months of experience collaborating with technical and business teams on system modernization or legacy replacement efforts.
• 48 months of experience using structured elicitation techniques (e.g., journey mapping, business process reengineering).
• 48 months of experience participating in cross-agency or multi-stakeholder projects.
• 36 months of experience using tools such as Visio, SQL, or low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, OutSystems).
• 36 months of experience supporting business process improvement or workflow optimization initiatives.
