    Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in system integration projects. The ideal candidate will have a mix of business and technical acumen — skilled in documenting requirements, defining user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and supporting integration testing. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across technical and business teams, and can occasionally step in to lead Scrum ceremonies when needed.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

    • Prepare clear and detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.

    • Create process flow diagrams, swimlane workflows, and data mapping documents.

    • Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders on API testing, data validation, and integration tracking.

    • Work closely with developers and security teams to ensure compliance with audits, maintain security documentation, and complete attestation processes.

    • Manage work tracking and sprint progress in Azure DevOps.

    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence.

    • Prepare professional presentations and reports summarizing project status, risks, and milestones.

    • Lead daily scrums or sprint ceremonies in the absence of a Scrum Master.

    • Support SIT and UAT by validating requirements and ensuring test case coverage.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Technical degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

    • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system integration environments.

    • Strong knowledge of integration concepts, APIs, and data mapping.

    • Proficient in Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Experience creating flow diagrams and swimlane workflows using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Highly organized, analytical, and a self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

    Nice to Have:

    • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis.

    • Hands-on experience with Postman, Fiddler, Visual Studio 2022, Docker Desktop, and SQL Server Management Studio.

    • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and related certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) a plus.

    • Domain experience in airline, logistics, or enterprise system integration environments.

    This is a remote position.
