    Job Description

    We are seeking a Business Analyst - MDM to support the accuracy, consistency and integrity of master data across the organization. In this role, you will maintain and enhance master data processes, ensuring data quality and alignment with Lakeshore’s data governance standards. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to support data needs, improve workflows and contribute to scalable master data management practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping teams operate more efficiently through reliable, well-managed information.

    A day on the job looks like this:

    • Maintaining and updating master data in SAP (Fiori and GUI), including product, customer, vendor and related records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
    • Validating and auditing data to uphold quality standards and prevent downstream reporting or operational issues
    • Applying and reinforcing data governance standards, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes as business needs evolve
    • Supporting reporting and analysis by extracting and preparing data from SAP and Power BI using established procedures
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, resolve data issues and improve workflows
    • Managing and prioritizing Jira tickets, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders
    • Contributing to documentation, templates and process improvements to support scalable and efficient MDM operations
  • Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
    • 4+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years in a similar role focused on data, business analysis or master data management
    • Experience working with SAP (Winshuttle, MDG, ERP, Fiori or GUI) in a data-focused capacity
    • Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience in data validation, cleansing and quality management
    • Experience using tools such as Excel and Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk (or similar ticketing systems) to manage data and workflows
    • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work independently with guidance

    Preferred:

    • Experience supporting data governance practices and standards
    • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation and integration across systems
    • Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or data lake environments
    • Experience documenting processes, workflows and data definitions

    At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

    For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at a salary between $70,500-$85,000 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

    This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
