BUSINESS /DATA UNDERSTANDING
Review and understand the necessary RBDC business requirements
Review and interpret Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations data
DATA PREPARATION
Data cleansing and structuring to ensure quality data outputs
Prepare, interpret, and distribute all reporting on an established regular frequency as well as an ad hoc basis
Provide training to end users on the utilization of reports
Continuously identify ways to simplify, automate, and improve reporting
MODELLING OF DATA
Organizing data in the best way possible for regular and ad-hoc reporting outputs
Define all data modeling requirements needed to run regular and ad hoc reports
Test all data requirements before finalizing any form of reporting
EVALUATION
Document required procedures for all regularly established reporting outputs
Analyze data, interpret, and create presentations for data outputs to consult and guide to insights on recommendations
Documentation, presentation, and review of analytical output
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in data analysis or related roles, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced formulas) and familiarity with relational databases (SQL).
Basic knowledge of statistical measures, techniques, and data visualization principles, with experience in tools like Tableau or Power BI being a plus.
Ability to translate business questions into data analysis and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
A passion for problem-solving, empirical research, and automating repetitive tasks.
Strong understanding of data quality, how data works, and how to use technology for extraction and analysis.
Quick learner, self-motivated, and able to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
Preferred experience with R, Python, SAP, Power Query, or Access, and exposure to large data sets or statistical programming tools.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $64,080 - $96,120 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
