2+ years of experience with Translator Tool

5+ years of experience with BMC Footprints ticketing system

3+ years of experience with QA testing (upgrades)

Bachelor's degree

SQL

Mainframe

Cobol

Requirement gathering and documentation

Process analysis and workflow optimization

Configuration management support (ChangeMan tool)

Dashboard creation and asset management initiatives
