    Responsibilities:

    Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop actionable insights.

    Utilize data analytics tools to create reports and dashboards for decision-making support.

    Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations based on findings.

    Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to optimize workflow.

    Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

    2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role within the healthcare industry.

    Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

    Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.
