An up-and-coming construction company is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to support a full-cycle ERP implementation. This role will act as the key liaison between our executive team and an outsourced engineering partner leading the NetSuite deployment.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the communication bridge between internal stakeholders and external NetSuite implementation team
• Gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure project alignment with business goals
• Support the rollout, testing, and optimization of NetSuite modules
• Translate technical updates into executive-level insights

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with ERP or NetSuite exposure
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working onsite in Brea five days per week
• Leadership experience is a plus
