Business Analyst | About You

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for bridging the gap between stakeholders, product teams, and developers to ensure clear, actionable reporting requirements. You facilitate the intake and prioritization of dashboard requests to align efforts with business goals. You define detailed acceptance criteria and manage expectations to deliver impactful data solutions. You monitor dashboard usage and engagement metrics to guide continuous improvement. You collaborate closely with Tableau developers and product managers to ensure dashboards meet evolving customer needs.

**Business Analyst | Day-to-Day **

• Facilitate and refine intake of reporting and dashboard requests from stakeholders.
• Define clear, detailed dashboard requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with product managers to prioritize requests and manage scope effectively.
• Set realistic expectations with customers regarding timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze Tableau dashboard usage and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement or retirement.
• Collaborate with Tableau developers to ensure dashboards align with business objectives and user needs.

**Business Analyst | Skills & Experience **

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in data analytics or BI environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate vague requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools and understanding of dashboard design principles.
• Ability to analyze usage data and derive insights to inform product and reporting decisions.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, prioritization, and expectation setting.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar iterative development processes is a plus.
