Required Skills
3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.
5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with industry standard information security practices (PII, PHI)
Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
