Title: Business Analyst
Annual Salary: $100,000
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) 2 - 3 days a week in the office
Schedule: Full Time, Days
Brief List of Job Responsibilities:
- Documents information requirements and needs of information technology initiatives.
- Assists in the evaluation of business objectives.
- Provides analytical support to both determine specific problem areas and identify possible solutions.
- Utilizes a structured process for design, development, and testing.
- Develops and documents test procedures and/or test scripts for new systems or changes to existing systems.
Requirements:
- Able to work a hybrid role in Phoenix, AZ.
- Business Analyst experience (3 + years).
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
- Familiar with various functions and capabilities of common operating systems.
- Software testing skills and SQL.
- Understand basic programming languages, such as Java, C++, Visual Basic, and PHP.
- Research, problem solving, and communication abilities.
- Able to give presentations and speak publicly.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Will consider other education related to business analyst job description.
