    Job Description

    Requirements Gathering & Documentation

    • Engage FAA financial and technical stakeholders to collect and validate business requirements to automate business processes.
    • Identify high-value RPA opportunities in manual finance processes; document them clearly for development.
    • Produce Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and any other supporting documentation like sample inputs, outputs, and test plans.

    Process Analysis & Automation Support

    • Conduct process walk-throughs and develop comprehensive documentation on both the current manual and automated versions of the business process.
    • Collaborate with UiPath RPA developers to align functional needs with technical automation solutions.
    • Ensure automation designs comply with the team’s custom automation design standards and federal audit controls.

    Project & Change Management

    • Contribute to test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation.
    • Support user onboarding – demonstrating automations, conducting user acceptance testing, process validation, and rapid response support in Production.

    Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

    • Serve as liaison between business owners, developers (RPA and Oracle), and leadership.
    • Provide structured updates, articulate blockers, and flag opportunities for value and risk mitigation.
    • Generate insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize automation outcomes.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise or federal financial systems.
    • 2+ years hands-on experience supporting UiPath RPA initiatives (documentation, analysis, PDDs).
    • Proven expertise with Oracle EBS Financials (R12+)—particularly GL, AP, AR, PO, and Fixed Assets—or equivalent experience with other enterprise financial management systems in a federal or highly regulated environment.
    • Demonstrated delivery of process improvement, automation, or ERP upgrade projects in regulated environments.
    • Working knowledge of basic automation logic, system interfaces, and process architecture.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially when interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skill.
    • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
    • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Leadership and change credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, SAFe Agilist, Prosci Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) are preferred.
    • AI Engagement: Interest in AI-powered automation is essential. We welcome candidates with formal training or personal learning/projects in areas like LLMs, NLP, predictive analytics, or intelligent document processing.
    • Background in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials transition projects.
    • UiPath Business Analyst Certification or other RPA-focused credentials.

    Additional Attributes

    • Techno-functional orientation: Able to understand automation flows and system behavior. Not expected to code, but must be comfortable validating logic and collaborating with developers.
