Technical Business Analyst – SAP HRIS & Data Analytics Lead, Public Health Systems Modernization Contract Position - Hybrid ,400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, South Carolina 29033
Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience with HRIS systems
5+ years of experience with state HR/payroll processes, data privacy standards (HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation
5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Experience with industry-standard information security practices (PII, PHI)
Understanding of IT development and implementation projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience working with State or Federal Government
Specific Skills:
HRIS systems (SAP ECC, SuccessFactors)
HR/Payroll process analysis & optimization
Business process documentation (SOPs, workflows)
Data privacy & compliance (HIPAA, FLSA, NIST 800-53)
Reporting & dashboards (Excel, Power BI)
