Our Client, Take Profit Trader is a high-growth trading company dedicated to innovation, operational excellence, and empowering traders globally. They're scaling their internal team and looking for a Business Analyst who will play a vital role in mobile product development by turning business goals into detailed requirements and guiding cross-functional teams through execution.

THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

• Translating business goals into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile documentation.
• Collaborating daily with engineering and product teams to refine mobile-first features and user experiences.
• Leading agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Writing business requirements for new features, integrations, and mobile UI/UX enhancements.
• Contributing to mobile-first design decisions, reviewing wireframes, and aligning user flows to business objectives.
• Identifying gaps, dependencies, and improvements across the mobile trading app.
• Supporting QA by reviewing test cases and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Creating process flows, wireframes annotations, and maintaining internal product documentation.
• Participating in A/B testing reviews and providing data-driven insights.
• Interfacing with international stakeholders and managing inputs across departments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
• Experience in fintech, trading, or payments is a plus.
• Proven track record of working on mobile-first product development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Comfortable working with UX/UI tools and reviewing design prototypes.
• Exceptional ability to break down epics into actionable stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience with APIs and integration-focused documentation.
• Analytical mindset with familiarity in data tracking and A/B testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Design, or related field.
• Experience collaborating with remote and international teams.
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills are an asset.
