Business Analyst

A growing SaaS company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders and the IT team on various projects that focus on the development and delivery of their products that are primarily used in the financial industry. This is a full-time, direct hire role, and the team is hybrid in Jersey City.

Location: Hybrid 2x/week in Jersey City

Salary: 90K-125K DOE!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, define, and document comprehensive business and technical requirements.
• Analyze and map complex messaging flows, API specifications, and system data models to ensure seamless integration between clients and exchanges.
• Drive impact analysis and solution validation throughout the full SDLC, from initial planning to post-deployment.
• Partner with cross-functional Dev and QA teams to guarantee rigorous quality standards and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years of experience as a BA, within a financial or trading services firm
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelors Degree
