    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team.     - Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

    - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure systems meet business needs.
    - Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends to inform business strategies.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
    - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related field.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret data.
    - Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Preferred Qualifications:
