Business Analysts may be assigned to projects across industries and subject areas, including programs that require familiarity with emissions-related concepts and reporting requirements, depending on client needs.

Business Analysts act as trusted advisors to clients and internal delivery teams, providing clarity, structure, and continuity throughout the project lifecycle. The scope, complexity, and leadership expectations of this role scale based on experience, supporting both Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst levels.

Requirements Management: Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including refinement, traceability, version control, and controlled change.

Clarification & Validation: Clarify intent, resolve ambiguity, and ensure requirements are actionable, testable, and aligned to business objectives.

Meeting Facilitation: Plan and facilitate working sessions, requirements walkthroughs, and executive review meetings.

Documentation & Deliverables: Produce polished, executive-ready documentation and presentations aligned to consulting delivery standards.
