The Talent Source is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-visibility modernization initiative for a large public sector client in South Florida. This is a hybrid role requiring local residency and offers the chance to contribute to a mission-driven program impacting thousands of residents.

You’ll collaborate with internal departments, vendor partners, and cross-functional IT teams to implement an enterprise-wide software solution. Ideal candidates bring a strategic mindset and hands-on experience aligning business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
? Gather and document business requirements and workflows
? Design user stories and technical specifications for development teams
? Support system implementation, testing, and user acceptance
? Manage vendor relationships and coordinate change management activities
? Provide data-driven insights and process improvement recommendations
? Work within Agile and Waterfall methodologies to track project deliverables

Qualifications:
? 5+ years of experience in software implementation and business process analysis
? Proven experience with integrated systems, vendor solution packages, and data tools like Power BI and Excel
? Understanding of SQL, ETL, and Microsoft Office tools
? Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
? Must be based in South Florida and available for a hybrid work schedule
