    About the Role

    As a Business Analyst at Zoe, you'll play a critical role in solving complex problems across the business. You'll work closely with leadership to run analyses, structure insights, and support initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

    This is a highly autonomous, high-impact role for someone who wants visibility into how decisions are made at a high-growth startup — and the opportunity to shape them through data and insight.

    Location: NYC (Work 5 days a week in Midtown office)
    Reports to: Director of Business Operations
    Level: Analyst

    • You have experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode (or are eager to learn)

    • You're energized by solving problems that cross functions and don't fit neatly into a single domain

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

    • 0–2 years of experience in a high-ownership role (startups, finance, consulting, operations, etc.)

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities

    • Strong attention to detail and a bias for action

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with Python or JavaScript

    • Familiarity with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)

    • Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager
