As a Business Analyst at Zoe, you'll play a critical role in solving complex problems across the business. You'll work closely with leadership to run analyses, structure insights, and support initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

You're a structured thinker with strong analytical skills and a knack for simplifying complexity
You're sharp, curious, and resourceful — the kind of person who chases down answers and doesn't stop at the first one
You're fluent in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and comfortable writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
You have experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode (or are eager to learn)
You're always looking for leverage — whether that's building a script, redesigning a workflow, or automating a task with AI
You're comfortable in ambiguity, thrive on autonomy, and like working on things that haven't been fully scoped

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a high-ownership role (startups, finance, consulting, operations, etc.)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a bias for action
Experience with Python or JavaScript
Familiarity with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery)
Experience with Google Analytics and/or Google Tag Manager
