    The Role

    FinStrat Management ("FSM") is looking for a proactive, highly organized recent graduate to manage core business applications and IT functions for a growing fractional CFO firm. You'll follow evolving best practices and contribute to workflow documentation as processes mature.     Responsibilities

    Client Onboarding — Finance Platform Setup

    • Configure and manage client finance platforms during onboarding (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp) and set up shared inboxes such as client-provided finance@ credentials in Front
    • Provision and manage team access to client systems, ensuring the right CFOs, controllers, and analysts have appropriate permissions
    • Create and maintain SOPs for client onboarding workflows, platform setup, and access provisioning as processes evolve

    Internal Systems Support (Tier 1 / Tier 2)

    • Serve as Tier 1/Tier 2 support for internal users via Slack, email, and ticketing system
    • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, connectivity problems, and access errors
    • Escalate complex issues to Operations / IT leadership as the default path

    System Maintenance, Documentation & SOPs

    • Own and maintain the internal knowledge base, IT documentation, and operational SOPs, building and refining as workflows evolve
    • Implement and monitor security protocols (MFA, SSO, access reviews)

    Job Requirements

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field (recently completed or expected)
    • Proficiency with Gmail, Drive, Groups, admin console and Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with permissions management and tools like Google Admin, Front, and Slack
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • A proactive, self-managing work ethic

    Bonus Points

    • Internship or project experience in IT support or systems administration
    • Experience working with remote teams
    • Familiarity with security compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
    • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration
