Adobe is looking for a dynamic, strategic problem-solver to create the future of Adobe’s architecture for our Employee Platform and evangelize the adoption of AI tools to internal teams. As a Business Architect & AI Evangelist, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology implementation, designing enterprise level solutions that drive transformation and operational excellence. You will collaborate with team members across the organization to understand business needs, translate them into architectural blueprints, and guide internal teams to get more from AI tools at their disposal. Your goal is to encourage a culture of innovation, ensure our teams are equipped with the most right technical solutions, and enable adoption and value from AI.
Reporting directly to the Director for Emerging Technology Acceleration, you will function as a critical resource for teams across Adobe, shaping their toolset, aligning product capabilities with business needs, and promoting the effective use of new technology.
This role in the ATS - Digital Employee Experience will work with all levels of the organization from VP-level leaders to individual contributors to help teams build skills and confidence in new ways of working. You’ll drive a coordinated approach to problem solving, working with various BUs and, potentially outside of Adobe.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Product Management, or related concentration. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
** Experience: Minimum 3+ years in business solution architecture, product management, and/or technical customer success with a strong understanding of architecture design principles, cloud native patterns, business process optimization and AI development.
**
** Technical Skills:**
Demonstrated experience with business applications powered by AI and familiarity with:
Knowledge graphs, vector databases, and language models
AI Integration patterns (RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering)
Agentic AI protocols (MCP, A2A, OAP)
Experience using popular AI tools to drive value in a corporate environment, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Glean, Cursor, Replit and tools within the Adobe portfolio.
Ability to effectively build AI prompts, chatbots and agents.
Ability to develop architecture diagrams, capability modeling, and value stream mapping.
Strong data analytics and visualization skills with large datasets, with experience in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading, inspiring, and aligning cross-functional teams around new technologies and workflows.
Communication Skills: Excellent communicator, with experience presenting to C-level executives and facilitating training for diverse audiences.
Product-Centric Approach: Able to shape technical solutions for business impact, and comfortable owning problems end-to-end from discovery to deployment. Delivers durable solutions but can quickly prototype when needed.
Key Attributes:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,700 -- $215,750 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $149,000 - $215,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
