Additionally, we cultivate a positive working environment and provide a comprehensive training program for managers. - No cold calling - No lead purchases required - Option to work from home or a local office Responsibilities: • Develop and implement efficient strategies to facilitate customer interaction and understand their financial needs. • Utilize risk management approaches to ensure that all clients’ insurance needs are properly met. • Create and update an extensive database of customers to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. • Incorporate sales techniques to increase sales productivity. • Work closely with regional partners to devise location-specific sales plans that are in line with the company's goals. • Design and employ effective tactics to capture a new customer base by offering outstandingly beneficial offerings. • Enable flexibility by providing the option of remote or office-based work arrangements. • Possibility of visiting neighboring regions for business activities. Qualifications: • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in sales and sales management. • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships. • Outstanding leadership capabilities and the capacity to lead and oversee the tasks of a sales team. • Proven track record of successfully implementing effective sales strategies and tactics. • Self-driven and highly organized individual who is highly motivated to succeed. Compensation: $72,000 yearly
