Responsibilities: • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Meet regularly with agents to keep up with industry standards, insurance products, current rates, coverages, insurance policies, and carriers, so you can assist clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team with understanding and addressing the newest rules and policy updates. Qualifications: • Outstanding organizational skills and time management • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus Compensation: $75,000 yearly
