As an Insurance Sales Manager in Cuyahoga Falls and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for providing assurance and security to local, state, and federal organizations. To succeed in this role, you must utilize a variety of methods, like networking, referrals, public relations, and digital platforms, to interact with existing and potential customers. Moreover, we cultivate a productive work atmosphere and a comprehensive managerial training program. Cold calling, client home visits, or fundraising are not necessary. Responsibilities: • Maintain a dynamic and efficient customer interaction to comprehend their individual needs and provide the most advantageous solutions for safeguarding their finances. • Implement risk management strategies to ensure that the insurance needs of each client are fulfilled. • Generate and sustain relationships with existing clients by creating and updating a database of significant customers. • Utilize sales techniques to maximize sales efficiency. • Monitor progress within the assigned region and devise location-specific sales plans that correspond with the company's objectives. • Develop and execute strategic plans to capture a new customer base by providing beneficial offerings to the non-union population. • Offer the option of remote or office work arrangements. • Possibility of visiting neighboring areas for business trips. Qualifications: • Expertise in sales and/or sales management • Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to lead and supervise the tasks of a sales team • Adept at developing and enacting sales tactics • Proven ability to be organized and self-motivated Compensation: $75,000 yearly
