    We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. Moreover, you will be provided with stock options, a rewarding revenue-sharing plan, and access to healthcare benefits-- all without having to resort to cold calling, door-to-door selling, buying leads, or prospecting. Work from the office or home. To succeed in this role, you must utilize a variety of methods, like networking, referrals, public relations, and digital platforms, to interact with existing and potential customers. Responsibilities: • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop Qualifications: • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Stays organized and manage time well • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality Compensation: $75,000
