Stock Options, Company revenue sharing plan, with Health Care Benefits, • No Cold Calling • No purchasing of leads • No Door to Door Responsibilities: • Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue new insurance sales with new clients from mailed-in response cards and social media platforms using professional sales strategies that include networking and confidential consultations, virtual or in person Qualifications: • Current and Former Athletes • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Exceptional people skills • Coachable and high energy • Work Locally or Virtually in State Compensation: $70,000 yearly
