Candidates will be able to work from one of the following locations: Cuyahoga, Independence, Medina, Strongsville, Fairlawn, Akron Responsibilities: • Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies • Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to date • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience Qualifications: • Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus • Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite • Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor’s degree is desired Compensation: $70,000 at plan yearly
