Responsibilities: • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community Qualifications: • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Good organization and time management skills • 3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired Compensation: $75,000 yearly
