Position Summary
Timberline’s Business Banking Officer is responsible for independently managing and growing a portfolio of business banking relationships through consultative relationship management, business development, and sound credit administration. This role demonstrates advanced relationship management capabilities, strong credit acumen, and the ability to deliver customized banking solutions that support customer growth while managing risk appropriately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Required Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
Several years of business banking, commercial lending, or related financial services experience.
Demonstrated business development and portfolio management success.
Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills.
Ability to independently manage customer relationships and priorities. Preferred Knowledge and Expertise
Prior banking, sales, or business development experience.
Experience working with business customers.
Understanding of commercial lending fundamentals.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Incentives based on Timberline Team goals may also be offered.
