    About the Opportunity

    This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in consultative sales, business development, financial services, commercial banking, real estate, franchising, or entrepreneurial environments.

    As a Business Broker / M&A Advisor, you’ll guide small and mid-sized business owners through the process of selling, buying, or acquiring a company. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor while managing negotiations, deal flow, buyer relationships, and transaction processes from start to finish.

    What You’ll Do

    Generate and develop new business opportunities

    Build relationships with business owners and buyers

    Advise clients through business sale and acquisition processes

    Market businesses for sale confidentially and professionally

    Facilitate negotiations and deal structuring

    Coordinate due diligence activities

    Manage multiple active clients, deals, and prospects simultaneously

    Network within the local business community to build referral partnerships

    Professional Requirements

    Relevant professional experience is highly valued. Bachelor’s degree or other preferred but not required. Real Estate License not required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa, you may or may not want to get a real estate license.
