Business Center Manager – Culver City / El Segundo

We’re excited to offer a rare opportunity for a seasoned Business Banking leader to take charge of a growing and strategically positioned business center serving Culver City, El Segundo, West L.A., and the South Bay.

This isn’t your typical branch role. We’re looking for a dynamic relationship builder with strong commercial credit skills who thrives outside the branch—developing business, leading teams, and being a visible presence in the community. Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience at a regional or major bank, working directly with business clients generating $1MM–$25MM+ in annual revenues, and understands how to structure complex loans including CRE, SBA, equipment financing, and working capital.
