Job Description
The Business Change & Continuous Improvement Partner is responsible for driving business transformation initiatives, managing change, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies across the organization. This role requires a strong background in project management to ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing both the human and technical aspects of change, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. Additionally, this role involves significant stakeholder engagement, particularly with external funders, to secure support and resources for transformation initiatives.

Extensive standing, and sitting and continuous computer, phone, and deskwork required. Work will be primarily in a defined office environment with specified hours. Will require one on one and group interaction with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds.
