    Are you passionate about real estate and personal development? Keller Williams Grand Rapids East is seeking a Real Estate Business Coach to empower our agents to grow their businesses, sharpen their skills, and reach new levels of success. In this role, you’ll focus on coaching real estate agents, particularly those who are still working toward capping production. You’ll help them set clear goals, create consistent habits, and implement proven strategies to build thriving, sustainable businesses. From new licensees to rising stars, your impact will be seen across all experience levels. Responsibilities: • Deliver one-on-one coaching to agents, focusing on business planning, lead generation, and productivity • Lead engaging group trainings on real estate sales strategies, systems, and time management • Help new agents successfully onboard and integrate into our KW systems and culture • Guide agents in using Kellwe Williams tools like Command, KWU, and other tech platforms to support their daily operations • Establish accountability structures and track agent progress toward sales and production goals • Support recruiting efforts and assist with retention by building strong relationships with agents • Collaborate with leadership to drive training initiatives and meet Market Center growth targets Qualifications: • Experience coaching, mentoring, or training professionals—ideally in a real estate or sales environment • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills • Understanding of real estate sales cycles and the challenges agents face • Tech-savvy with the ability to teach systems and tools effectively • Familiarity with Keller Williams systems and models is a plus • A positive, proactive approach and a true passion for helping others grow Compensation: $70,000 OTE
