Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Consultant to support our clients in optimizing operations, improving performance, and driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical rigor, oil and gas insight, and hands-on experience to help organizations solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of client operations, processes, and performance metrics
• Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and success criteria
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
• Provide guidance on organizational change, process optimization, and technology adoption
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business consulting or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and change management
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)

Preferred Experience:

• Prior consulting experience in big four or niche consulting industry, oilfield services, logistics, or manufacturing
• Exposure to digital transformation, supply chain or operations in oil and gas industry, or 3PL/4PL logistics in onshore oil and gas industry
