Why This Role Matters

As a Strategic Mentor, you will serve as a trusted advisor/mentor to growth-minded business owners. You will help them create clarity, solve complex business challenges, implement proven systems, and achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

· Mentor business owners and leadership teams

· Facilitate strategic planning and execution

· Inspire business owners to implement systems and processes

· Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational performance

· Assist members in improving profitability and revenue growth

· Drive accountability and results

· Build strong client relationships and retention

· Deliver workshops and training sessions

What Success Looks Like

Increase profitability, grow revenue, improve leadership effectiveness, and drive measurable, sustainable growth across clients.

Qualifications • Proven business leadership or management experience • Strong financial acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to influence and motivate others

Preferred Qualifications: • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service experience • Coaching, advising, consulting, or mentoring experience • Leadership, entrepreneurial or business ownership experience
