The Learning Experience is seeking a motivated Business Coordinator to oversee center operations, financial performance, and enrollment growth. This role combines leadership, organization, and customer engagement to support a successful, high-quality childcare center.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
Oversee billing, payroll, and financial reporting (P&L)
Drive enrollment through tours, follow-ups, and community outreach
Partner with Center Director to lead team and meet goals
Support family communication and engagement
Qualifications:
3+ years management experience (retail or similar)
2+ years in sales or customer-facing role
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Experience with financials and data-driven decision making preferred
