Job Title: Business Developer - Commercial Landscaping

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our company by driving new business and contributing directly to our growth in the thriving Milwaukee market, which includes a significant demand for commercial landscape maintenance services, including snow removal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts with a target value of $1MM-$2MM annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and secure commercial landscape maintenance leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and strategic prospecting.
- Strategic Sales: Tailor proposals to meet client needs, showcasing our expertise in commercial landscaping, including snow removal.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients in Milwaukee.
- Negotiation and Closing: Close commercial landscape maintenance contracts, including snow removal services.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales, provide forecasts, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of motivation.
- Knowledge of the Milwaukee commercial real estate market is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation OTE (On Target Earnings): $120,000 - $140,000
- Uncapped commissions Potential: Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on sales performance.
