    This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the future of our company by driving new business and contributing directly to our growth in the thriving Milwaukee market, which includes a significant demand for commercial landscape maintenance services, including snow removal.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new commercial landscape maintenance contracts with a target value of $1MM-$2MM annually.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Identify and secure commercial landscape maintenance leads through networking, market research, cold calling, and strategic prospecting.
    • Strategic Sales: Tailor proposals to meet client needs, showcasing our expertise in commercial landscaping, including snow removal.
    • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential clients in Milwaukee.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Close commercial landscape maintenance contracts, including snow removal services.
    • Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales, provide forecasts, and maintain accurate records.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of proven sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial landscaping, construction, or a related industry.
    • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of motivation.
    • Knowledge of the Milwaukee commercial real estate market is a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Compensation OTE (On Target Earnings): $120,000 - $140,000
    • Uncapped commissions Potential: Opportunity to significantly increase earnings based on sales performance.
