    After 45+ years in business and double-digit growth post-COVID, the company is expanding its Detroit branch and seeking a proven Business Developer to drive strategic growth across its commercial landscape maintenance and snow divisions.

    What You’ll Do

    • Own the full business development cycle for commercial landscape maintenance and snow contracts in Metro Detroit.
    • Build a $1M+ annual book of new business, ideally a blend of landscape maintenance and snow services.
    • Identify and close opportunities with premium clients (office parks, hospitals, shopping centers, and industrial sites).
    • Represent the company at BOMA, IFMA, and CREW events — positioning yourself as a go-to name in Detroit’s property management circles.
    • Leverage Aspire CRM and digital estimating tools (PropertyIntel, SiteRecon, etc.) for accurate proposals and fast turnaround.
    • Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure seamless hand-offs and long-term client retention.
    • Sell value, not price — this company wins by delivering quality, consistency, and a genuine partnership model.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of proven B2B sales success in the landscape, snow, or facility services industry.
    • Strong hunter DNA — self-driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial.
    • Track record of closing $1M+ in annual new business.
    • Experience selling to property managers, asset owners, and regional facility leaders.
    • Solid understanding of contract structures, estimating, and operational delivery.
    • Comfortable networking, hosting lunch-and-learns, and building referral relationships across Detroit’s CRE community.
