    My Franchise CPAs is looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our fast-growing professional services remote team!

    Our firm services hundreds of small business owners and high net worth individuals across multiple advisory offering including Tax Planning, Tax Implementation, and Chief Financial Officer services. Unlike most tax firms focused on compliance, My Franchise CPAs helps our clients proactively implement strategies that save them money on taxes and help build a stronger financial future..

    What You’ll Do

    • 30 Days
    *  **Demonstrate understanding of our firm’s value proposition and effectively communicate this message to prospective customers.**
    
    *  **Shadow the CEO to learn about our services, sales process and success metrics for the business and your role.**
    
    *  **Understand the background of our ideal clients - what we are looking for, why clients are successful with us, how to spot a great prospect that then turns into a client.**
    
    *  **Learn the current business development tools and understand key metrics for success in your role.**
    
    *   * **60 Days**
    
    *  **Build an opportunity pipeline by engaging with new prospective accounts.**
    
    *  **Initiate and demonstrate ability to create connections with decision makers through outbound calls, email, and social forums.**
    
    *  **Use Salesforce.com to build, manage, and maintain all data and intelligence gathered through the sales process. Track and report all activities and results using Salesforce.**
    
    *  **Advance in-depth knowledge of our firm’s solutions, industry trends, and competition.**
    
    • 90 Days and Beyond
    *  **Meet all sales and performance objectives including daily activity targets and monthly quota attainment.**
    
    *  **Deliver accurate monthly forecasts of your performance.**
    

    What You Need to Get the Job Done

    • Proven business and sales development success through effective use of core sales tools: Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Suite.

    • The capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements, and correlating potential business to the value that can be provided on the call.

    • Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently. While achieving production goals from the assigned set of accounts.

    • Promote a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.

    • Strong professional communication - written, verbal, presentation.

    • Drive, grit, team-oriented: strong desire to compete and win.

    • Ability to be self-reliant, innovative, adaptable, and decisive.

    • Value detail and results-oriented outlooks.

    • Must have energy, drive, commitment to success, and passion.

    • High caliber to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.

    • Contribute fully to the team effort and play an integral part in the smooth running of teams without necessarily taking the lead.

    • Be comfortable selling in a hybrid-selling environment, where both direct and indirect approaches are used.

    • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
