The BDC Agent is responsible for outbound follow-up on service and sales leads, generating appointments, and building lasting customer relationships. This role is pivotal in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving dealership growth through effective communication and lead management.
Outbound Lead Follow-Up: Proactively contact service and sales leads via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and maintain engagement.
Appointment Generation: Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into confirmed sales and service appointments for the dealership.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction.
Data Management: Accurately update and manage customer information in the dealership’s CRM system to track leads and follow-ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for customer appointments.
Performance Goals: Meet or exceed monthly targets for appointment setting and lead conversion to earn performance-based bonuses.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide professional, courteous, and timely responses to customer inquiries, upholding Audi West Covina’s commitment to quality.
Experience: Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role preferred; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; ability to learn dealership-specific systems.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Requirements: Must pass background check and drug screening.
Hourly Base Pay: Competitive hourly wage.
