The analyst will collaborate with business development and finance teams, with a focus on strengthening customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is driven by impact, brings a strong analytical mindset and experience in renewable markets, and is motivated to turn data into action that supports the growth of a more sustainable energy future.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct in-depth market analysis of the solar energy sector, including competitive dynamics, regulatory developments, customer demand, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities and risks.
Support strategic initiatives such as market entry, product development, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for solar energy solutions.
Evaluate regulatory, financial, and operational risks associated with new initiatives and provide actionable mitigation recommendations to leadership.
Financial & Economic Analysis
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project economics, return on investment (ROI), and profitability of potential solar projects and business opportunities.
Perform project feasibility studies, including site analysis, resource assessment, and financial evaluation.
Analyze sales, financial, and operational data to assess business performance and inform data-driven decision-making.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to monitor the performance of solar projects, sales pipelines, and business initiatives.
Prepare and present clear, concise reports and insights for senior leadership to support forecasting, planning, and performance management.
Support strategic planning initiatives, including market entry, product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market planning for solar energy products and services.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Partner with finance, sales, operations, and engineering teams to align analysis with strategic and operational goals.
Support project management efforts by organizing, maintaining, and tracking key project documentation to ensure accuracy, version control, and timely access for internal and external stakeholders.
