We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Development Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and help execute strategic plans. Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities and partnerships
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM tools
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams
Support the execution of strategic plans and sales initiatives
Track and report key metrics to support business growth
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in a business development, sales, or administrative support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
