Beloform is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist the business development team in identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and coordinating internal communication across departments. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for business strategy and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales strategies
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Track business development activities, including CRM updates and reporting
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment in client proposals and timelines
Support the preparation of contracts, agreements, and follow-ups with stakeholders
Maintain communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Schedule meetings, take notes, and support senior business development staff in daily operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales support, or administrative roles
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
