    Job Description

    As a Business Development Assistant, you will support the business development team with client communication, opportunity research, relationship management, administrative coordination, and day-to-day growth initiatives.

    The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable communicating with different types of clients, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with identifying and developing new business opportunities
    • Support communication with prospective and existing clients
    • Help maintain strong and professional client relationships
    • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
    • Maintain accurate client and prospect information
    • Assist with proposals, outreach initiatives, and business projects
    • Collaborate with different departments to support company objectives
    • Track opportunities and provide updates to the business development team
    • Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
