We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist the Business Development team in identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and conducting market research to support strategic planning. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient communication, coordination, and follow-up throughout the business development cycle.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying potential clients and partnership opportunities
Conduct research and gather data on market trends, competitors, and client needs
Support proposal development and presentation preparation
Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospects and clients
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current information
Prepare and review business development reports and documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to align business development strategies
Assist in managing client communications and fostering long-term relationships
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a business development, administrative, or client-facing role
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently
High attention to detail and organizational skills
