    Job Summary:

    Responsibilities include assisting Business Development Managers (BDMs) in fostering successful relationships with existing and potential clients and business to business partners to generate new accounts while providing exceptional service to existing clients.

    Effective communication is fundamental when addressing inquiries about company products, services, and both online & manual account applications. You will also work closely with the Marketing and Operations departments to meet company objectives and sales goals. All employees of The Entrust Group will adhere to industry and company policies to ensure compliance standards are met. Note: This is a non-commissioned sales position.

    The BDMA will initiate and own the onboarding of all clients. They will guide the client through the account set up steps and ensure they feel confident and informed through the account activation and funding process.

    The BDMA owns the strategic guidance, relationship management, and oversight of their account setup.

    This position will report directly to the Regional Business Development Manager and work within the existing Sales organization to support all four Business Development Managers (BDMs) across each U.S. territory.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop thorough understanding of all company products and services
    • Track and report on business partner referrals
    • Lead distribution
    • Contribute to the management of the organization`s systems to ensure things are completed and recorded accurately
    • Respond to inquiries made by clients in a timely and friendly manner via email, phone, Zoom
    • Identify and communicate new business leads for the Sales organization
    • Attend conferences in support of Business Development Managers
    • Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing
    • Contribute to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization`s partners
    • Work with the Marketing team to optimize Marketing and Sales’ joint efforts and processes

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
    • Excel at building and maintaining rapport with clients
    • Ambitious and demonstrates significant drive in everything you do
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zoom, Outlook
    • Ability to comfortably work on multiple projects at once, completing deadlines on schedule
    • Comfortable working autonomously as well as partner closely with team members & other departments
    • Stay up to date with new products & services
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
    • Willingness to travel - attend trade shows and conferences

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
    • Two years of experience in Finance
    • Two years of CRM and other Sales and Marketing tools

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Ability to travel for client meetings, conferences, trade shows and company events
    • Hand use: continuous keyboarding
    • Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods for trade shows and events
