Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers at RIAs, wealth managers, banks, fintechs, and other financial firms
• Make 50+ outbound calls per day, follow up on marketing campaigns, and drive client engagement
• Research target firms and principals for buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities
• Collaborate with recruiting team to support segmented projects focused on advisor and executive search
• Attend industry networking events, conferences, and client meetings (local and occasional national travel)
• Learn and represent business model, value proposition, and service offerings with confidence and professionalism

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, recruiting, or client development (industrial, consumer, or B2B sales experience welcome)
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
